Subscription Terms
These terms explain how StudyVector memberships from Vector Learning Technologies Ltd, trading as StudyVector, are billed, renewed, changed, cancelled and refunded.

1. Plans & Pricing
StudyVector offers Free access, Premium Monthly, and fixed-term Premium access where those options are shown at checkout. The Revision Season Pass is currently an interest-list concept only, not a live checkout product.
- Free: £0 — first 7 days uncapped, then a daily study-time limit designed around roughly 30 questions at a typical pace, plus core practice and progress tools.
- Premium Monthly: £12.99/month — unlimited revision time, full Error Log, spaced mistake reviews, revision coach support where live, exam feedback, adaptive learning paths, and priority support.
- Six-month Premium: £49.99 one-time — Premium access for 6 months, paid upfront with no automatic renewal.
- Annual Premium: £79.99 one-time — Premium access for 12 months, paid upfront with no automatic renewal.
- Revision Season Pass: planned fixed-term access for exam windows. No payment is taken on the interest-list page; final pricing, access dates and checkout terms will be shown before any payment.
All prices are shown in GBP. Any taxes will be handled in line with applicable law at checkout where required.
2. Billing
- Premium Monthly renews monthly unless cancelled before renewal.
- Six-month Premium and Annual Premium are paid upfront fixed-term plans and do not renew automatically.
- Any future fixed-term season pass will show its exact price, access window, and renewal status before checkout.
- Payments are charged in advance for the selected billing period.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Renewal behaviour is shown at checkout before payment.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. Continued payment failure may result in loss of paid access or downgrade to Free.
3. Trials & Introductory Offers
If we offer a free trial or introductory pricing, the details will be shown clearly at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, once the trial or introductory period ends your selected paid membership will begin automatically at the standard rate for the billing option you chose, unless you cancel beforehand.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel a recurring paid membership at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep paid access until that period ends.
- After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you start a new paid membership.
- We do not charge cancellation fees.
- Fixed-term Premium plans do not need cancelling because they do not renew automatically.
5. Refund Policy
- First paid purchases have a 7-day refund window. If StudyVector does not feel useful in your first 7 days, email us and we will refund your first payment.
- For fixed-term Premium access, the same first-purchase refund window applies unless the checkout page says otherwise before payment.
- The planned Revision Season Pass does not take payment today, so there is no purchase to refund from the interest-list page.
- Refunds for renewals or later billing periods are not usually provided because you can cancel before the next renewal date.
- If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
- To request a refund, email hello@studyvector.co.uk with your account email and a short explanation of the issue.
6. Statutory cancellation rights
These refund terms are in addition to your statutory rights. For UK consumers, some online purchases have a 14-day cancellation period. StudyVector access starts immediately after checkout when you choose instant access. Where the checkout flow asks you to agree to immediate digital access, you may lose or limit the statutory cancellation right for digital content once access starts. If a paid service has already started during any cancellation period, any refund may be reduced to reflect access already provided, where the law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights where digital content or services are faulty, not as described, or otherwise protected by mandatory consumer law.
7. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership through your account dashboard. Where supported, changes may take effect immediately or from the next renewal date depending on the billing setup in place at the time. Any pricing or timing shown during the change flow will apply.
8. Pricing Changes
We may update our pricing, membership structure, or available billing options from time to time. If a change affects your existing paid membership, we will give reasonable notice in advance by email or through your account before it takes effect. If you do not want to continue, you may cancel before renewal.
9. Access to Paid Features
Paid memberships give access to the features included in the selected plan for the duration of the active billing period. We may improve, update, or adjust features over time as the platform develops, provided the overall nature of the membership remains materially consistent.
